Hey Ladies!! Have you heard of the Heart Link Network? 0

Posted on July 15, 2010 by Elizabeth Samaniego

Well I had to share this with you because I didn’t hear about this awesome networking group until a couple of months ago. The Heart Link Network is such an amazing place to meet other like-minded women like yourself. There are groups throughout the U.S as well as Australia and Canada.

I have met some very exceptional women in the two groups that I have had the pleasure of going to.  It is a place to share your business and help each other grow your business and make new frineds. It all about sharing referrals and giving each other words of encouragement.

I had the pleasure of meeting the CEO and Founder of The Heart Link Network, Dawn Billings. What a inspiring and sincere woman.

To find a Heart Link meeting in your area go to http:///www.HeartLinkNetwork.com Make share to this with other women you know that are looking for a way to help their businesses grow.

Wishing you much success!

RockStar System For Success 2010 World Tour

Hey I wanted to share this with all of you trying to figure out how to become a RockStar in your industry.
My husband Carlos and I attended Craig Duswalt’s RockStar System For Success Bootcamp. It was such an awesome 3 days.

I have to admit I was not going to go because I was going to have to leave Bella for 3 days, but I was sure glad I did. Bella really didn’t miss me too much. She stayed with my parents and they kept her busy the entire time :-) Thank God for Grandparents!!!!

Well this event was such an eye opener. Not only his information but the other speakers that were there, such as James Malinchak, Barbara De Angelis, Brendon Burchard, Tom Antion. Oh and a private concert by the famous Eddie Money.

If you want some unbelievable information for your business, then his bootcamp is a must to attend. This is like no other event that you have ever been to. He tells you tons of stories from his days with traveling with Guns & Roses, because he knows first hand since he was Axl’s manager. He is such an incredible person. He took time to speak with everyone who came up to him. He made you feel like a part of his family.

I will share some of his techniques that I have learned in future posts so keep coming back for more if you want to be a RockStar too!

PS: Craig’s next bootcamp is Sept. 23 – 26. It is so worth it!

Many of you didn’t believe me when I said our daughter uses chopsticks like a pro! In fact, she has been eating with chopsticks for a year now. Her favorite dish is Pho (Vietnamese rice noodle soup in beef broth). Enjoy the video and keep on practicing on your chop sticks.

There are two types of people in the world… Which one are you? 1

Posted on August 29, 2009 by Elizabeth Samaniego

Hey!  It’s has been awhile since my last post. Things have been super busy.  Andrew (my stepson) started school last week and business has been keeping me busy, not to mention Bella who keeps me busy from the time she wakes up until the time she goes nighty night.

Well a couple of posts ago I told you about our friend Tom “Big Al” Schreiter and how he came out to speak at an event for us.  Well I told you I was going to share more of his “Magic Sequence of Words” that he shared with us. So here are a couple more that he gave us that seem to work really well.

There are two types of people in the world…  Those that get repeat customers and those that lose them to their competitors down the street.

Or if you are in my business……

There are two types of moms in the world… Those that love staying home with their kids and make only a few calls a day while their children are taking a nap and those that have to send their kids to daycare so that they can go to work and be away for 8-10 hrs a day.

You can structure this to what ever industry you are.  Just fill in the blanks.

There are two types of ______ in the world.  Those that ___________ and those that ___________.  Pretty easy right!

Here’s one more!

I just found out __________________.  You fill in the blank.  Here is one that I have used and that gets tons of curiosity.

I just found out how you can make more money part-time than your husband does full-time.  Or…I just found out how you can work part-time from home and get an extra paycheck every week.

I would love to hear your magic sequence of words that work for you!

Have a great weekend!

Liz

Treat your business like it's worth a million dollars! 2

I am not sure if you have seen this site or not http://networkmarketingpro.com by Eric Worre.  It is a great site if you are serious about building your business and learning from top network marketers that started at the same place you are today.

Nothing happens magically overnight.  It takes time and effort.  I have been watching these video’s on Eric’s site for a few months now. My husband Carlos and I start off our morning by watching at least one video from his site everyday. My favorite so far is the video’s he did with Earl Shaw. If you don’t know who Earl Shaw is then you have to watch to find out. Right now there are 3 of 4 videos were Earl Shaw tells his story.  How he was “living the perfect life”, cars, a mansion and how it all got taken away.

Just go to http://networkmarketingpro.com Start treating your business like it is worth a million dollars! (The words of Earl Shaw)

You should have said "Thank You"! 1

Posted on August 07, 2009 by Elizabeth Samaniego

Hello! Well today I am going to talk about appreciation marketing for your home business. Not sure what I mean? Well if you have a home business or any kind of business you must have customers. And my question to you is do those customer keep coming back for more or refer anyone to you or your product?

If the answer is no then you must have not said “thank you”. Now I know you say thank you when they just bought whatever product you sell, but do you do anything after that? How can you get them to remember you and not go to someone else selling your same product?

I’ll tell you what I do. I’ll send them a Thank You card. No, not an email or text, but an actual greeting card. People love to feel appreciated. Trust me they will keep coming back for more because you took the time to let them know that you were thinking of them and that they weren’t just a quick sell.

I would love to hear the different ways you show appreciation to your customers that work for you. Please share!

Wishing you much success!

PS: Make sure to check this book out Appreciation Marketing at http://www.appreciationmarketing.com written by Tommy Wyatt & Curtis Lewsey.  I just ordered it yesterday!

If You Believe It Will It Happen? 1

Posted on August 03, 2009 by Elizabeth Samaniego

Hello! Well I hope you had a great weekend.  Ours was great!  We celebrated Andrew’s 13th birthday. He is officially a teenager.  They grow up so quickly.

Well another wonderful thing has happened too, Bella is out of diapers!  Yes!!  I didn’t think this was ever going to happen. But I finally said this is it, but it won’t happen until I believe that she can do it .  So I changed my thinking to “Yes she can” from “No she’s not ready”.

Remember whatever you believe you can do can be done.  So the next time you think “I can’t do it” or “It won’t happen”,  just remember my little Bella, she believed she could do it and  she is now diaper free!  LOL!

Have a great day!

Do You Know The Magic Sequence Of Words To Get Someone To Say Yes In Less Than 30 Seconds? I Do! 2

Posted on July 31, 2009 by Elizabeth Samaniego

Hey!  I just got back from a day at the museum with Bella. She had a blast! It’s funny because I haven’t been to that museum since I was a little girl. And guess what…it hasn’t changed a bit.

Well you are probably wondering what the heck is this question all about. “Do you know the magic sequence of words to get someone to say yes in less than 30 seconds?”  Well last week a good friend of ours Tom “Big Al” Schreiter was in town and spoke at our first MeetUp meeting last Sunday. If you don’t know who Tom Schreiter is then you must check out his site if you are in any network marketing opportunity. Let me just say he is the master of phrases.

He explained that people that you are approaching about your business opportunity make a decision in the first 30 seconds of you talking to them. Is that crazy or what!  So you have only 30 seconds to get them to say “Yes tell me more!” or “How do I get started?”.

So what would you say?  Well here are a few example of what you SHOULD say.

“Would it be ok, if…..”   DO NOT CHANGE THESE WORDS!

“Would it be ok, if you got an extra paycheck!”
“Would it be ok, if you got a tax refund?”
“Would it be ok, if you could keep all your customers?”
“Would it be ok, if you had a secret weapon to keep all your customers?”
“Would it be ok, if got new customers without advertising?”
“Would it be ok, if we could get your customers to come back and buy more house’s from you?”
“Would it be ok, if you never have to go to work again?”
“Would it be ok, if you got a weekly check, while your waiting for your deals to close?”

You must use small words easy to understand, no industry jargon (residual income, relationship marketing, etc)

Do you think a few of those phrases could help you get someone to say “YES”?

Change it up a bit and phrase it to whomever you are talking to whether it be a Realtor, Insurance Agent, Mortgage Broker, Stay-at-Home mom or dad.

Here is a phrase I use for moms “Would it be ok if I show you how you can make more part-time than your husband does full-time?”

Hopefully this helps!  I will make sure to post more of his “Magic Sequence of Words” in my next post.

Have a great one!

Liz

Do Your Customers Keep Coming Back For More? I Have 4 Ways To Make Them Want To! 0

Posted on July 22, 2009 by Elizabeth Samaniego

Hello! Well it is another hot one in the Inland Empire today.  I just got my walk with Bella done and she is down for her nap.  Well before I went on my walk I made sure not to miss the call with David Frey on the Telesummit that I had posted a link to on Twitter, Facebook and here on my blog. There was some great lead generation tips that anyone could use.

The 4 tips he gave were about how to generate “Buyer Leads”.  A buyer lead is a person that has spent some money with you already. Remember when people invest in you they are emotional invested in you too.

1. Offer something for FREE
Ex. CD, DVD then charge shipping and handling.

2. 100% Affiliate Products
Get others to promote your products. They will forward it to their list and this will you tons of exposure.  So if someone gets your FREE CD or DVD make this an offer.

3. One Time Offer
Create a product like an EBook and sell it as a bonus after someone gets your FREE CD or DVD.

4. Hold Teleseminars or Webinars
The way to make sure that they will attend is to charge a fee. Something as little as $1. Again if someone invests in you they are more likely to attend.

David Frey is also in my home business SendOutCards. He mentioned in the call how he use it for his business, like when he gets the attendees contact information from the speaking engagements he does.  He makes sure to follow up with them immediately using this marketing system.

This is a marketing system that will allow you to send 1 card, 10 cards or 10,000 cards with just a click.  And the best part is that it is personalized with your handwriting.

Well tomorrow is another day, so make sure to listen in.  See my previous post for the list of speakers and times or just register for the calls right now. Don’t miss out again!  CLICK HERE

Wishing you much success!
Liz
